Organizational agitate is a process that a social club goes through in response to a strategic reorientation, restructure, change in management, merger or acquisition or the phylogeny of new goals and objectives for the company (Organizational Management, 2008). This paper will assess Kudler Fine Foods readiness for organizational change by identifying the apparent enculturation and organizational structure at Kudler, by also noting the leaders style. This paper will also address several privileged and external events that could drive change at the organization.
The Apparent Culture at Kudler
The definition of apparent seems to be; or understood. With Kudler, the culture seems to be more of a gourmet and upscale culture.
