I believe there is that whiz thing you live for, that makes you different from everyone else. Its what makes you, you. Mine is trail, when I was young, track was something unheard of to me. Until that one special day I found where I belonged. I stepped on the track and it matte up right. I sat on the fluffy warm sight and put on my first pair of spikes, it felt right. It didnt matter that I had never heard of or through with(p) track before, when I started running it was like I was doing this my substantial life. Running, that was it! It was my natural instinct, a second nature; nothing make me feel more alive.
As much as I believe in that one thing that makes you unique I also believe that you have to earn that uniqueness, it not something interpreted for granted. My first year at track you could see I had my heart into it, I tried hard, nothing was going to chase away me. That 7th grade year I got 5th and sixth place, but I wasnt giving up.
I had gotten the around improved award, and before I was awarded my coach gave a run-in: this is one of my favorite runners, she die hards hard and never gave up yada yada yada, but that wasnt good enoughI had to shine, I wanted this. The next year, I, with a lot of hard work and motivation, placed in altogether my events and all throughout the track year never lost a single race. And that year when my coach awarded me, this was his speech: This next award goes to one awing runner. Shewell I dont know how else to put itbut she was a straight up beast! Shes a monster when she runs; the Coach and I were talking some how you just see the determination in her face all through until shes finished. That speech was something that changed me.
