Life is full of experiences both cracking and bad; however, there are situations that mark a persons individual in a way that can only be met with the emotion of extreme sadness. Such experiences usu everyy involve death, disease or devastation of one or many. From these experiences, we learn, either as an individual or collectively as a nation, to get across great tragedy. As survivors, we are able to compare and occupation and in doing so, develop a new appreciation for the things in life that bring true happiness. More importantly, I believe we learn to revere those opprtunities that allow us to experience true happiness.
Personally, I have experienced the overwhelming sadness that comes from losing my lift out friend and younger sister. Nancy died from cancer when we were in our twenties.
The sadness associated with sad endings are usually marked by thoughts of trying to quail at the incomprehensible, trying to understand how life could end for someone whom you slam and wondering how life will continue for you without this person by your side. Usually this sadness is followed by days when you learn that all things continue and while you will never forget, you do conk out on. Ultimately, in time, the word happiness reclaims its place in your vocabulary.
