For my calling study I will be interviewing a mechanic from Garton Tractor. His name is Daniel Godinez. From what I know his come out is a mechanic. Tuesday morning when I arrived at Garton Tractor I get a lineed around the garage to look for a table away from the main working neighborhood to prepare for this interview. A few minutes later I found a large table on the blow side of the entrance, which is the furthest from the working area. This at times layabout get a little bit too earthshaking to talk with all the cars and noises from the tools. After waiting around 30 minutes I had finally seen Daniel Godinez walking in and earn to answer my questions before he started his working day. The uniform he was wearing was a mixture of colors consisting of shades of grey and blue, with a company symbol and logo on the unexpended side of his chest. Daniel greeted me with a handshake, asked how I had been, and proceeded to sit down.
I proceeded to reveal Daniel that I am doing an interview on a race choice that I will look toward my future. After I asked him why he chose this his job and if he had chosen it oer pay or interest he had in cars?
Daniel stated, thither are many people who count that salary is the near important consideration when choosing a job or a career. There is also another group of people who believe that job satisfaction is the most important aspect in a higher place all else. He than added, I am one who chose my career because I loved cars. He did mention pay was best but did not give me exact numbers or an estimation which he felt that was personal to him and the company.
