THIS AGREEMENT made as of the ______day of June, 2012, surrounded by Corporation X, Inc., a blood line incorporated under the laws of the land of Ontario, and having its principal place of business at 150 of import Street, Toronto, Ontario, (the Employer); and XXXXX, of the City of Toronto in the Province of Ontario (the Employee).

WHEREAS the Employer desires to obtain the benefit of the run of the Employee, and the Employee desires to render such services on the terms and conditions set forbidden forth.

IN CONSIDERATION of the promises and other good and valuable setting (the sufficiency and receipt of which argon hereby acknowledged) the parties agree as follows:

1. Employment

The Employee agrees that he will at all clocks reliably and industriously perform all of the duties required of his position. In carrying out these duties and responsibilities, the Employee shall comply with all Employer policies, procedures, rules and regulations, both written and oral, as are announced by the Employer from time to time.

2. Position Title and Duties

As the Graduate Examinations Director (working title), the Employee is expected to work at least 160 hours per month.



Employee is also required to perform the following duties and pioneer the following responsibilities in a professional manner:

(a) -- teacher Training for the LSAT and GMAT examinations;
(b) Curriculum Development;
(c) Teaching;
(d) Consulting;
(e) Developing consulting business;
(f) -- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Employee.

3. Compensation

(a) As safe compensation for all services provided, the Employee shall be paid a base salary of forty thousand dollars per annum ($40,000/year) and a trio (1/3rd) Profit portion out of the revenue associated with the LSAT, GMAT, law school tie in and business school related offerings provided by Employer.
