In the figment The Awakening, author Kate Chopin introduces the vivid comp whizznt part Edna Pontellier. Chopins wrote this compelling story about Edna and her many awakenings. passim the apologue Edna discover something new about herself which eventually take her into total loneliness. Things took a turn at the end of the novel when Edna went for a swim she would never come back from.
Edna was a twenty-eight-year-old wife who lived with her two children and her keep up, who was not much of a husband to her at all. At first, Edna was blind-sided and did not seem to see beyond what was around her. When Edna began to slowly develop another view of her spiritedness she started to isolate herself from her family. She began to see differently right after Robert gave her this precaution. An attention she was not accommodated too. Edna seemed to enjoy the attention she receive, but was cowardly to appropriate because she did not know what she wanted nor what exactly she was going to do with.
Robert one level had taken Edna as his guest to a party he had been invited too. Robert suggested to her to get inside the pool and afraid as she was. Something snapped in her and she threw herself onto the vast body of water. After that evening Edna changed and began seeking the truth within her.
