Assumptions
• The shooting is not instruction 100% of the working day – i.e. they catch a part time job which allows them to devote 4 hours per day to training.
• Fitness work to achieve a suitable level has been done earlier in the period and fitness training will now be tar depicted at maintenance level.

• As this exercise only involves a hypothetical shooter, the goals for training sessions and indeed the end goal for the training is left open. The training plan for an individual shooter would be much more specific in its goals, expected results, opposition schedule and training regimen.
