Term Paper: Women of Torah
This is a  marge paper on women of Torah. Miriam knew Moses  truly well. This created a  puzzle for her. She was not called to minister on a large  home base like Moses was; yet her role was significant and acknowledged by the scriptures.\n\nMiriam knew Moses very well. Thi   s created a problem for her. She was not able to see her little brother Moses as the anointed prophet of God. When Moses married an Ethiopian woman Miriam and Aaron opposed him. The  accompaniment that Miriams name is cited before Aaron indicates that the  lit crit of Moses was Miriams initiative.\n\nIt is likely that she had been a prophetess in Egypt that meant that she was a priestess with intercessory power. Miriam and a  mass of trained women went out in a mind-altering  variant and dance with instruments common to Egypt.\n\nMiriam is the prophet of water.
