STAFF DEVELOPMENT A.Orientation Training 1.Effective March 15, 1999, within iodin week of employment and prior to having sole responsibility for a group of children new faculty member, including substitutes, shall receive orientation dressing to include: a.LaPetites policies and practice sessions including health and safety procedures, b.Emergency and rating plan, c.Supervision of children, d.Discipline policy, e.Job description, f.Individual needs of the children enrolled, g. catching and reporting child scream and neglect, h.Current State anatomy A minimum licensing standards, i.Confidentiality of cultivation regarding children and their families j.Training to staff on cultural sensitivity 2.This training shall be followed by four old age of supervised work with children. 3.Documentation shall represent of a mastery/checklist in the employees records signed and dated by the employment and coach attesting to have received such orientation and four sidereal day supervised work with children. B.In-Service Training 1.The center shall conduct, at a minimum, ace staff training session each three-month quarter. Documentation shall consist of dated minutes of the training sessions including training topics and signatures of all staff in attendance. 2.
